PARENTAL INVOLVEMENT

The primary goal of East Hills Preschool is to provide an educational program which promotes the social, intellectual and physical growth of each child. We strive to create an environment that enhances a child's self-image, self-direction, and self motivation.

Learning is an ACTIVE EXPERIENCE that involves the whole child. When the child is actively involved with art media, manipulative toys, literature, language experiences, he or she can begin to feel a sense of confidence in his or her ability and self-worth.

It is our commitment to provide an educational experience within which children are accepted and encouraged to perform on their own developmental level. Learning is based on active, concrete hands-on experiences. The program encourages a multi-sensory approach to learning experiences, and opportunities for social and cognitive success are incorporated into daily activities.
